I’d say that purely based on packaging alone, it’s in my top 3.

Overall, I could quite possibly rate this as one of my all time favorite MAC collections. While a bunch of these shades are already permanent, I’m still so tempted by them because of the adorable packaging and the little troll imprint! Suns Out, Buns Out (a mustard yellow with pearl).Black Tied (a black with silver sparkle).Paradisco (a bright pinky-coral with pearl).Mine is in the shade Silly Vanilly (a white with very fine silver glitter), and they come in four other shades as well: We are so happy we can put the spotlight on them again. The Good Luck Trolls have evoked love and joy since the 1960s. The extensive MAC Good Luck Trolls collection features lipsticks, lip glasses, eyeshadows, glitters, a pigment, beauty powders and a duo fiber brush. Lastly, we’ve got some good ol’ MAC eyeshadows- always a crowd favorite, for sure. The brand recently announced a glam take on the troll dolls of our youth. There are also chartreuse green and blue-violet glitters in this collection. I have been itching to add some glitters to my collection (can you believe I don’t have any?), so this was perfect timing! I have a Reflects Glitter in the shade Reflects Transparent Teal (which is a very fine reflective teal glitter) and a regular ol’ Glitter in Fuchsia (which is obviously a fuchsia shade, haha). I love these kind of shades for summer as they’re great all over the lid shades and go so well with a little tan. Probably the products that I was most excited about were the glitters. The MAC Good Luck Trolls Eyeshadow in Paradisco reminds me a lot of the permanent MAC shade in Expensive Pink, it has the same pinkycoral hues with gold shimmer. Other lipglass shades available in this collection: Twerkquoise (a transparent sky blue with fine pink reflect), Bubble Butt (a magenta with fine pink and blue glitter) and Glitter Grunge (a sheer berry with extra fine silver sparkle).

I mean, look at the adorable glitter cap on the tube! It doesn’t matter if you already have a full tube, because #collectorsedition, haha. The lipglass I have is the classic cool-toned baby pink Saint Germain.

The lipstick I have is Midnight Troll, a surprisingly pigmented matte purpley-blue, with the other three lipstick shades in this collection being Can’t Be Tamed (a sheer lime yellow), Sushi Kiss (a midtone coral cream), and Dance Off Pants Off (a frosted hot pink). You’ll see.Īs far as lip products go, I have both a lipstick and a lipglass from this collection. I wish every makeup collection was this fun and colorful- not necessarily actual product-wise, because you know I love my neutrals, but definitely down for colorful packaging on everything! Also, the names of everything…. from this amazing MAC Good Luck Trolls collection! Looking at them now, they’re actually super creepy, hahaha- but that didn’t stop me from wanting every.

I thought they were the cutest little things with their fluffy, pointed hairdo and their little jewel bellybuttons. I LOVED Trolls dolls when I was growing up.
